Shipping policy

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on your country.

We aim to dispatch all orders within one week, and achieve this 98% of the time.

Sales Tax Notice for Non-EU Customers: If you're shopping from outside the European Union, please select your location using the country selector in the top right corner of the website. This will update prices to exclude EU sales tax (VAT), ensuring you see the correct pricing for your region.

 

European Union

We ship all orders placed here on our EU site from our workshop in Spain so there are no import taxes or duties if you are based in the EU. 

 

USA

Update: 15th May 2026

We have now resumed shipping to the USA but please be aware of the tariff situation.

You will be charged a tariff by UPS when they receive your order. Technically this should be 15% of your order value plus a small admin fee but there have been some inconsistencies in the way UPS and the US government assess these fees and therefore we cannot tell you exactly how much you will be charged. Over the last couple of months (April and May 2026) the orders we have sent over have a received charges totalling between 15 and 20% of the order value.

Rest of the world

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country’s customs authority upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
