A positive edge perfect for boards between 20 and 65 degrees. These are all around 36mm deep (one and a half pads) with a good incut on them and are wide enough to fit 4 fingers on. Ideal for easier problems and circuits on steep boards, or for jump and snatch moves. They also work nicely as undercuts and sidepulls.

Each hold requires three 5mm x 70mm screws (not included).

Great for setting intermediate level problems or more powerful moves on reasonably sized holds. They fill the difficulty level between jugs and crimps perfectly. Can be used to set more challenging moves if you use them as sidepulls or gastons. In my opinion the most versatile hold for 6B-7A level.
