The sloped back on these limits the use of a thumb so they cant be pinched too much and the concave shape of the edge makes for a really comfortable hold.
These are made from certain offcuts so the exact size can vary a bit but they are always wide enough to get 4 fingers on and the depth is typically between 16mm and 26mm.
